We're bringing back the Icebreaker session — and this time, we've brought AI.

Carmen and Nairy met in Brighton to plan this one. In 35-degree heat. The paradox was not lost on them!

Which is actually the point.

The original icebreaker was designed for a different era — when people didn't know each other, information was scarce, and breaking the ice meant creating the conditions for connection to begin. But the ice has melted. We can see straight through organisations now. AI can profile a room, generate a warm-up question, and personalise it by role, sector, and seniority before the meeting has started.

So what does the human icebreaker do that the digital one can't?

That's what this session is about.

Icebreaker: Human vs AI

Come with your AI tool of choice — ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, whatever you use. In the first half, we'll use our digital agents to design and deliver icebreakers for a range of real scenarios. In the second half, we'll do the same thing ourselves.

Then we'll compare. Not to declare a winner — but to understand what each is actually doing, and what only one of them can.

Fun, practical, and more revealing than you might expect.
